All units require a signature upon delivery. If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee before the unit can be dispatched again. If you anticipate that no one will be available to sign for the package, please include a note with your order requesting that it be held at your local post office for pickup.
