If the style you want is not listed, please submit your desired look by uploading photos during the submission process. 📞 Supply Confirmation: Once your style is reviewed, you will be contacted directly from 803-766-0980 to confirm the supplies needed to achieve your desired look. ❗️Important Policy Reminder 🚫 No Duplication of Others’ Work: We no longer duplicate styles created by other stylists. To avoid any disappointment, please DO NOT submit photos of anyone else’s work. If any unauthorized photos are submitted, your appointment will be canceled. ✅ Signature Styles Only: We specialize in delivering our signature branded styles that guarantee a flawless and polished look.   • How long does items take to ship?
    Orders are prepared in the order that they are placed. Orders takes 3-5 days to prepare (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). Shipping is an additional 3-5 days via USPS.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Orders ship daily via USPS, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Processing 3-5 business days, domestic shipping 2-3 business days (international shipping 7-10 business days) 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be updated via email with your tracking information. While tracking information is provided, it may not always reflect the current status or location of your package 

  • Once a package has been passed to the carrier (USPS), Felicia Slater can not take responsibility for missing/lost or damage/broken. If package arrives broken/damaged or missing/lost customer should contact USPS and claim a file online

  • Your package will REQUIRE your signature upon delivery. If you are not home when your package arrives. You MUST go to your local post office or UPS to retrieve your package.
