The Glam Vault opens its doors on 1st & 15th of each month—typically once a month or on special launch days. This keeps the experience exclusive and manageable for our team, so we can give our members the best possible service. Watch for our VIP email announcements or check our website for the next Glam Vault Open Day—once the doors close, you’ll have to wait for the next opportunity to join!
The Glam Vault is limited to just 50 exclusive passes—once the Vault is full, we cannot accept any new members until a pass expires. This keeps the experience personal, exclusive, and high-value for our Glam Queens. But don’t worry, you can join the waitlist to purchase your pass when a spot becomes available. Simply sign up for access, and we’ll notify you when an opening is about to come up. We’ll also send out regular emails to keep you updated on how many passes are available at that time, so you’ll always know where you stand. In the meantime, you can still get a 7 Day Pass to experience the Glam Vault for 7 day—try it out, and get a taste of what’s waiting inside!
Glam Vault benefits are exclusive to your active membership term and do not roll over. Each month, you’ll have access to the current month’s discounts, early access, exclusive drops, and special perks. Unused perks (such as early access or pre-order spots) do not carry over to the next month, so be sure to make the most of your Glam Vault access while it’s active!
When you purchase your pass, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including a direct link to join the private Glam Vault Instagram and Facebook groups. Please make sure to provide the correct email at checkout to receive your access! Only active pass holders are eligible to join the community. Yes, absolutely! One of the major perks of having a Crown Jewel pass is your exclusive ability to place special orders on wigs even when they are out of stock. When units sell out, the general public has to wait until the next restock—but with your 3 month pass, you’ll have the VIP privilege to submit a special order. We’ll prioritize your request, so you never miss out on your dream wig! (1 WIG LIMIT Per month)
