Wig Production & Shipping Notice

Shipping times vary between 10–14 business days (excluding weekends).

Please note that wig studio hours are available two weeks out of each month due to alternating salon service weeks.

To ensure timely production, wig orders are accepted during designated salon weekend hours. This allows all units to be fully prepared and queued in advance when wig production hours begin.

A limited number of wig orders are accepted per production cycle. All wigs are handcrafted exclusively by Felicia Inspire, with no outsourcing, to ensure quality, precision, and that each client receives exactly what was ordered and expected.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier.
Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item re-shipped.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, you will be responsible for paying shipping again to have it re-sent.
Returns Policy

Due to the nature of wigs and hair products:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

No returns or exchanges on worn, used, altered, or damaged wigs.

Wigs must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, with original packaging and tags intact.

Any return requests must be approved before sending items back.
Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, you must ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your wig is returned to us and you want it shipped back to you, you are responsible for paying shipping again.
Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are only issued for approved returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [insert number] business days after inspection.
Exchanges (If Offered)

Exchanges are only allowed if approved and if the item is in original, unused condition.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the new item.
Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return Requests

The package was tampered with

The package arrived opened or crushed

The item is defective upon arrival

USPS Damage or Tampering Claims

If your package is delivered damaged, opened, or tampered with:

You must contact USPS immediately to file a damage claim.

USPS will investigate the claim directly with you.

You must provide proof of your USPS claim when requesting a return.

Wig Shield Protection
If you purchased the Wig Shield or your item includes Wig Shield:

Your package will have a “FRAGILE” sticker.
-
This helps support your claim if damage occurs in transit.

You must still contact USPS to file the damage claim first.

We cannot process a return without proof that a USPS claim has been filed.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if a return is approved.

Exchange items must meet all return conditions.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Denied Requests
